(Front & Back 8plex)

This design includes 2 entrances at the front and 2 at the back for the main floor + second floor units. The 4 basement suites each have separate private entrances—2 on each side of the building—ensuring full tenant separation. At the rear of the lot, there’s a 4-car single garage with access from the back alley, offering secure and convenient parking.

For Corner lots
(Side by Side 8plex)

This layout features 4 individual front entrances for the upper units, giving a classic row house appearance. Basement suites can have walkout entrances at the front or back, depending on grading, or dedicated rear entries at ground level. Parking is located at the rear of the lot with 4 single-car garages, providing private parking for residents.
